Diana Shcherbina:
Diana Shcherbina is the deputy general director of PRIMTELEPHON in the city of Vladivostok. Registered in 1993,  PRIMTELEPHON employs 65 people and specializes in telephone services for corporate
entities and individuals, cell (mobile) communication, telecommunication services, equipment purchase and telecommunication manufacturing. They are also involved in designing
systems networking and services for cordless communication, including providing and spreading local, long-distance and international cell communication services in
Primorski Krai and the Russian Far East, using ground-based radio and satellite communication channels. Diana's responsibilities include signing contracts and
agreements with legal entities, individuals, and foreign partners, representing the company’s interests in a court, representing the company at the primorski Krai and
municipal levels, and personnel recruitment. Diana graduated in 1997 from the Far East State University with a degree in law. She worked for the Far East Shipping
Company from 1995-1999 in their legal department. Since 1999 she has been the deputy general director at PRIMTELEPHON. During her internship in the U.S., Diana
would like to learn more about the process of rendering communication services from the legal side. She would like to learn the process of telecommunication equipment
production, the experience and practices of communication companies, relations with management, and customer service. Diana is 24 years old and married with no
children. Her hobbies include traveling, music and reading books. |
