Leonid Motin:
Leonid Motin is director of Techno-LLL in the city of Penza. Registered in 1996, Techno-LLL employs 35 people and specializes in providing on-line and telecommunication services, establishing and installing local and
corporative networks, conducting information consultations, and offering warranty and post-warranty PC servicing. As Director, Leonid's manages: general operations; negotiations with major
business partners; creation of new products; strategic planning; and the organization’s budget. Leonid graduated from Penza
Engineering College in 1966 with a degree in engineering, and then went on to receive a degree in electronic engineering from Penza
Politechnical Institute in 1971. Before attaining his current position in 1996, from 1990 to 1996 he was manager of the PC Software and Hardware Development department at Penza Scientific&
Research Institute. During his internship in the US, Leonid would like to learn more about new US Internet technologies, the newest
forms of cellular communications and telecommunication services, the general structural organization of enterprises, personnel management, financial evaluation of enterprise activities, US tax
policies, customer service packages, and telecommunication network analytical surveys. Leonid is 54 years old and married, with three sons. He enjoys traveling and playing various sports. |
