Viktor Mikhalenok:
Viktor Mikhalenok is director of Soyuz-Telefonstroy in the city of Volgograd. Registered in 1986, Soyuz-Telefonstroy has 200 employees. They specialize in the design and assembly of telecom- munication networks
(50%), services (20%), and maintenance (10%). Viktor’s responsibilities include general management, organization, control, and strategic planning. He graduated in 1963
from Electrotekhnikum of Communication in Vitebsk, with a degree in electrical mechanics. In 1975, he received his engineering degree, via correspondence,
from Moscow’s Electrotechnics Institute of Communication. Before landing his current position in 1986, he was site head for Orsha Communication from
1967–1975, and works supervisor for Trust Soyuz telecommunication from 1975–1986. During his US internship, he would like to learn more firms engaged in construction and mounting
of telecommunication facilities, providing telecommunication services, business planning, personnel management, marketing, sales,
and effective management. Viktor is 54 years old, married, with two daughters, ages 29 and 21. Chess is his hobby. |
